Lee Rosen has over 40 years of experience in investment banking, commodities, money management, and trading, along with extensive expertise in building, construction, and construction management. He has raised over $200 million in capital, taken five companies public on the NASDAQ, American, and OTC exchanges, and successfully taken over a public company. Additionally, Lee managed a biofuel company, transforming it from concept to millions of dollars in sales. Since 1981, Lee has been trading and hedging oil, and he previously worked as a floor broker on COMEX and was a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). In the construction sector, Lee oversaw the masonry work on 4, 5, 7, 9, and 11 World Trade Center, all of which were destroyed during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He also supervised the masonry restoration of Bankers Trust Plaza, a 40-story office building that was condemned after the attacks but has since been fully restored. Over his career, he has managed construction projects for more than 40 prominent buildings in the New York metropolitan area, with an aggregate value of over $10 billion in today’s dollars. Notable projects under his management include Bankers Trust Plaza, the McGraw Hill Building, The Park Lane Hotel, 1350 Sixth Avenue, Ruppert Towers, Lambert Houses, Jackie Robinson Houses, Sebco Housing, Williamsburg Hospital, the Richard Nixon Post Office in Jersey City, and the Western Union Headquarters in New Jersey. Now residing in Aberdeen, Scotland, Lee is actively involved in every aspect of Evolution Hydrogen Peterhead (EHP), including funding, development, construction, and project management.

Doug Pickering brings company resources with experience on over $14 billion in delivered capital asset value. With expertise in organization development and leadership, EPC operations, project management, risk analysis, energy markets, and construction management. Doug will lead the teams setting up the EPC engineering, construction, and commissioning and establish initial operations for EHP. He has 25 years of experience with multiple successful startups, including experience leading large development, engineering, construction projects. He has managed multi-billion first of a kind complex energy infrastructure projects and has constructed large energy infrastructure projects. Companies under Doug’s leadership have developed over 1.6 GW of renewable projects and constructed some of the largest energy projects in North America . Prior to founding Nomad, he led AMEC Power and Process Americas (AMEC) E&C’s project management functions for its U.S. Operations in the power, renewable, and heavy industrial business segments.

Energy projects Kim Johnson led or was instrumental in the development, construction completion, acquisition, and/or commercialization include: the 7.2 MW, $23 million Dorena hydro project, provision of asset management and commercial services for the 568 MW Liberty CCGT; $60 million of construction completion for the 2400 MW for Boston Generating project; and the acquisition, completion, and commercialization of the 12 Bcf Lodi Gas Storage project. Representative commercial transactions include 250+ term gas sales and supply contracts totaling over 600,000 mmcf/d many with embedded risk management contracts, 60+ gas pipeline transportation and electricity transmission and interconnection agreements, 10+ agency agreements, 20+ term gas storage contracts, and 30+ power purchase agreements including renewable energy PPAs. Ms. Johnson earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania in 1980.
